Look, it's been a long week, and then only thing I can think about right now is Tiny Shrek demolishing a dog obstacle course.
Sure, the Westminster Dog Show is impressive, but can any of those pure breeds beat Tiny Shrek? The answer is no. Nothing can compete with Tiny Shrek.
Ever since Twitter user @chanbanhi tweeted their edit of a comically small Shrek sprinting through a dog obstacle course on Thursday, my thoughts have been consumed with Tiny Shrek. I go through the daily motions of life — I eat, I sleep, I water my house plants, but at the end of the day, the only thing I can think about is this Tiny Shrek.

What is it about Tiny Shrek's routine that I find so mesmerizing? Why can't I look away from Tiny Shrek bounding over hurdles and speeding through tunnels? Why can't I stop bursting into giggles when I hear Tiny Shrek's trainer chant, "Sit. Sit. Sit." before allowing him to start the course?
When I asked the mastermind behind Tiny Shrek why I couldn't stop watching, they explained that canine obstacle course videos are inherently exciting.
"He just looks ridiculous flailing around like that with a super calm face," they said through Twitter DM. "I spent a lot of time making it look believable, at least as believable a tiny Shrek running around obstacles can be."
Tiny Shrek is a blessing to humanity as we finally reach the weekend. All hail Tiny Shrek.
